Proudly Serving the Carolina Foothills

FROM REHABILITATIONTHROUGH ADOPTIONS

Lee Shore Rescue is an animal rescue in westernNorth Carolina. We serve the homeless petwho has been abused, neglected, or otherwise physically and emotionally traumatized. Ourskilled and experienced fosters rehabilitate theircharges and train them for a successful life asa companion animal.

Why are we called Lee Shore Rescue? Well, in the boating world, a lee shore is any shoreline that you would drift into should your vessel losepower. The animals who come to us have lostall power in this world. They are orphaned, abandoned, severely neglected, sick, abused, andhomeless. We exist to help the un-adoptable pet who has the capability to become adoptable. With rehabilitation in a safe, nurturing, medically restorative environment, we help these pets find their forever homes.

We have this hopeas an anchor for the soul.
