Vendors: We welcome all plastic modeling related vendors and hope you will be a part of our show. Vendor tables are limited. Tables will be available on a first come, first serve basis at $35 per table (30in x 6ft min.) if preregistered by May 1. Afterwards, tables increase to $40 per table. We also understand not all vendors can make both days. We will have approximately 20 hallway tables that will be available for Saturday ONLY setup. Those tables are available on a first come first serve basis at $35 each regardless of reservation date. We cannot accept requests to “hold spaces or tables.” Reservations will be guaranteed at the time of payment. Due to the limited space, vendors requesting “spaces” instead of a table in order to a accommodate their own displays will be charged $25 for each “space” equivalent to a table space of 30in x 6ft. Please make checks payable to “Air Capital IPMS Modelers” and indicate the number of table/ spaces needed.
Trophy Sponsorship: Sponsorships really help us to provide you
with the best two-day show in Region VI. We are very appreciative of any trophy package sponsorship. We even accept donations. We will have a list of sponsors and donors on prominent display at our show and on our web site as we get them. Trophy packages are $35 (1st, 2nd, and 3rd), $50 for the Best of’s and $60 for the Best in Show and Peoples Choice Most Popular Model. The theme award is already sponsored! Sponsorships will also be recognized during our awards ceremony.
Raffle: This part of our show is a highlight! But its success truly
depends on individual and vendor donations to make it work. Please consider submitting unopened quality kits, books and or accessories to our Raffle Chairman. Monetary donations are also greatly appreciated and go towards the purchase of kits/accessories to supplement the selection of raffle items. To send a donation or request for more information please email us using the information below.
