AGREEMENT TERMS

• Three year deal

• Clearance of all regular season football games plus post season

• Clearance of all regular season basketball games plus post season

• Clearance of all weekly coaches’ shows, daily show

POST SEASON

• The rights fee for any post season bowl game is $150

• The rights fee for any post season NCAA game is $225

• The rights fee for any post season NIT game is $150

• Network exclusivity during programming includes auto-makers,

beer/wine/alcohol venders, insurance institutions, soft drink (will vary).

• Station agrees to clear up to fifteen (15) minutes of commercial time per week

for the University or its sponsors .

• Station agrees not to stream any Cyclone broadcast on the station’s website

• Station will revive a commercial traffic log before each program. Station willmake-good all network commercials from any part of a program that is

missed.

• Station agrees to return monthly performance affidavits in a timely manner.
