The corrosion resistance ability will be influenced by the

Residual Stress and HAZ(heat affected zone). It’s the reason

why the Solution Heat Treatment is the most important

procedure for producing SS pipe fittings.

We cooperate with Taiwan Industrial Technology Research

Institute to design and build the furnaces. The temperature

difference in the furnace is controlled in ±5˚C and the BW

fittings will be uniformly heated. In

addition, the soaking time and cooling water condition are monitored well by the computer

system.

However, many dishonest manufacturers only adopt

humble equipment which cannot execute the right heat

treatment operation or reduce the holding time to save costs.

As the fittings are not treated properly, the quality is

undoubtedly bad.

Compare to those fly-by-night manufacturers, we can

If the pipe fittings are made of by above methods, the appearance will not show any defects. You

think you get the cheap and good quality products. It is not true!

Maintain the equipment, renew the devices, gauge adjustments and employees training, all these

actions have to input cost. The decent suppliers will look for correct methods to save cost. The bad

suppliers always take jerry-built actions.

When wicked suppliers take QUALITY as wager, why do you risk company’s reputation to gamble
