“Simon Oakley was born in St Richard’s, brought up in East Wittering,
attended local schools and moved to Tangmere in 1986. After a career as a
Merchant Naval Deck Officer (the last 11 years of which with P&O Ferries at
Portsmouth) his time is now devoted to local matters and interests.
