various legislative requirements relating to Infant Milk Substitutes, Infant formulas in India. Our study comprised of analysis
of the provisions of labeling, branding, packaging, advertising and composition/ ingredients as per the provisions of
Prevention of Food Adulteration Act, 1954 & Rules there under as well as standards prescribed by the Bureau of Indian
