Propose that both plans develop an all comprehensive plan that will address sustainability issues and ensure that future needs a meet.

NMBMM should develop sustainability indicators to monitor the SCU’s to benefit the entire municipal jurisdiction.

Financial sustainability should be all inclusive and holistic in order to accommodate all the envisaged projects and programmes.
