COACHING

CeTEAL’s Instructional Coaching program offers faculty the training and tools to provide a supportive classroom observation experience to fellow instructors.

The Instructional Coaching certificate program includes a series of sessions that give you the tools you’ll need to provide confidential, strength-based classroom observations and follow-up discussions for fellow instructors. CeTEAL provides the structure and the documentation to help you successfully complete the process along with personal support as you complete two supervised reviews. Once you have completed the program, you will have the opportunity to provide service to the University as a CeTEAL Instructional Coach.
