Key: Ensure baseplate on level position.

Install the limit stopper or limit magnet at proper position on the rack

Note:Waitofthegateshouldbeinthewheelsandnotinthepinion.

Racktobeinstalledcorrectlytoavoidweightinpinion.

Thespacebetweenrackandpiniongearisabout0.5mm.

Before place the limit stoper ormagnet on the rack, the gear box of theoperatormustbereleased.AsperFig,Usethekeytumclockwisetoreleasethegear.

Movethegatemanuallytotheopenlimitandcloselimit,markthepointsontheRack,then,fixthelimitStoppersorMagnetsatthelimitpointsontheRack.

Operater baseAfter theconcretehashardened,mount thegateoperatorbase to theconcretepad.Verifythatthebaseisproperlyleveled.Usingboltsandwashers,mountthegateoperatortothebaseandinsertthecover.Checktheoperatorandmakesureitislinedupwiththegate.

Spring limit switch

Toensuresafety,itisrecommendedtoinstalllimitswitchesatbothendsofthegatetopreventthegatefromslidingoutoftherails.Therailsmustbeinstalledhorizontally.

InstallthelimitblockasshowninFigureabove.Thespringlimitswitchandblocksareusedtocontrolthepositionofthegate.

Releasethegearwiththekeyandpushtheslidinggatemanuallytopre-determinetheposition,fixtheblocktotherackandlockthegearbypushupthereleasebar.Movingthegateelectrically,adjusttheblocktotheproperpositionuntil thepositionoftheopeningandclosingmeettherequirement.

Verify open direction : Ifthegatedoesnotmoveinthedesireddirection,thenyouwillneedtoreversethemotoroperatingdirection,opentheplasticcover,youcandothisbyexchangingwires‘U’and‘W’,‘OPLM’and‘CLLM’.

Remote control : The remote control works in a single channel mode. It has four buttons.Thefunctionofbutton1,button2,button3andbutton4arethesame.Witheachpressoftheremotecontrolbuttonwhichhasbeenprogrammed,thegatewillclose,stop,open.
