Expansion - I

• Process Automation is underway.

• A new manufacturing facility at Maraimalai Nagar near Chennai.

• Expansion in two phases.

• Phase I – 30,000 sq. feet manufacturing area.

• A fully automatic Combined Drawing Line imported from EJP, Germany.

• The line is installed and trial production is underway.

• The line comes with in-line shot blasting to ensure good surface finish.

• Line capacity is from 6 mm to 28 mm, rounds and hexagons.


Expansion - II

• A fully automatic Peeling Machine is under construction at EJP, Germany.

• A fully automatic Draw Bench with Hydraulic Push Pointer is under construction at Sheng Chyean, Taiwan.

• Both the Peeling Machine and Draw Bench will be installed and under production by November 2012.

• An additional shed of 25,000 sq.. Feet will be constructed at Maraimalai Nagar facility to accommodate the two new machines.

• Entire manufacturing area is under EOT as our existing facilities.
