Juan Cortés is a seasoned

Louis in the Organizational

Sole’ Leano has a
grounding in information
technology, working
globally as a systems
programmer with SAIC,
one of the worlds largest
technology companies.
She later followed a new
calling and entered the
food and beverage world,
successfully owning and
operating a high volume
restaurant and catering
business. Sole brings
a strong service and
operational skillset to ICG.
Ken Mack-Solden brings
over 30 years of marketing,
branding and design
experience to ICG. With
consulting engagements
for companies like DBM,
AT&T, Deloitte, Accenture,
and both the International
Olympic & Paralympic
Committees, Ken will
assist with program
design and management
as well as vision imaging
services. Utilizing his
recent experience as VP of
Marketing for Pulte Homes,
Ken will also handle all ICG
marketing initiatives.
