New Patient ExperienceImagine Consulting Group excels in creating a new patient

experience that will have patients bragging about your office as well as improving your conversion ratio. Participants learn how to provide your new patients with an experience like none

other! We start with the initial phone call and walk you through the deband celebration. The process for the

following: initial phone call, the correspondence with the new patient, preparing for their visit and most importantly the first

exam will be reviewed in this workshop. Participants will be taught how to overcome obstacles and sign the new patient.

This workshop includes scripting, new patient correspondence training, role-plays and written materials.
