! Allow your inner critic to be present ! Don’t argue with them ! Personify your inner critic ! Show them love ! Ask them questions, like “What are you so worried about?” and “Why?” ! Thank them and let them know you’ve got this ! Encourage critical, problem-solving and curious thinking ! Watch out for procrastination through perfectionism!
