In recent years the public sector has undergone significant change, both structurally and at an individual organisation level. For example:
New unitary councils have been established resulting in the dissolution of many district authorities.
PCT’s have merged and then split between commissioning and provider services and this process is continuing at a pace.
Schools have closed and new Academies have been established with LEA’s no longer separate entities.
212 Clinical Commissioning Groups have been established.
In Central Government countless organisations are no longer around including the regional government offices and the development agencies.
Departments have renamed and established new executive agency structures.
Social Housing provision is growing as councils surrender housing stock to newly formed ALMO’s.
On top of this organisation change there is the inevitable churn at the contact level as people come and go and email domains such as nhs.net come into force.
Keeping on top of this change is our job but for companies selling to the public sector this has been a difficult task meaning that CRM systems are completely bent out of shape from the perspective of quality, quantity and usability impacting on the effectiveness of outbound campaigns. This means opportunities are lost, existing customers are over-communicated with, personalisation is impossible and information becomes difficult to analyse to support marketing programmes.
Matching to our highly accurate database we can:
Identify dissolved and merged organisations
Identify and fix where the organisation name is incorrect through poor data entry
Append by sector
Provide additional information including employee size, parent/child relationships, type, status
Provide all “net new “ organisations by sector
Identify all obsolete records
Correct all incorrectly formatted emails
Supply emails for all contacts currently missing email
Analysis of contact level and functional responsibility
We have performed customer and prospect data audits for many of our clients including Vodafone, Leaseplan, Xerox, Dell, SAP and Oracle.

SectorsOur bulletins are circulated to:
www.ingenium-ids.org
Our email bulletins deliver high value content to targeted groups of decision makers. The format enables organisations targeting the public sector to communicate with high impact and with measurable results – in short highly effective lead generation.
The increasing high number of opt-in subscribers is evidence of a medium that is well received by an audience that is time poor and information hungry.
We can help you to optimise your content and deliver it to the right people.
Circulation and ReadershipBy advertising in our bulletins you are leveraging the UK’s largest single source of public sector contacts, structured by job function, with over 100,000 named emails of senior decision makers, influencers and stakeholders.
Each bulletin has a focused broadcast circulation composed from subscribers and a controlled element, consequently providing a significant pass on “readership” as reflected in the high forward rate. Since launch in June 2010, on average, each bulletin has been forwarded on by over 27% of all recipients.
A typical subscriber profile is a departmental director/head with budget responsibility employed in an organisation of at least 500 employees pan public sector, including; Central Government, Local Authorities, NDPB’s, NHS, Emergency Services, Criminal Justice, Social Housing, Voluntary / Third Sector, Universities and Colleges of FE.

www.ingenium-ids.org
We recognise the importance of virtual conferencing in the current environment where time, resources and budget are limited.
And as the Digital by Default agenda builds momentum and more and more services are being delivered online, it is more important than ever that this medium is taken to the next stage.
That is why we deliver a fully managed webinar service under our well-respected iGov Live brand. In the last 18 months, we have delivered many large scale bespoke webinars for clients including IBM and EMC that have been tailored to meet our individual client needs.
Our team take an end-to-end approach working with both public and private sector clients to facilitate all aspects of delivering a high quality webinar that successfully attract the right people. This includes drawing on and deploying proven audience generation approaches using our digital communications platform and marketing the event via our wider services.
We work with the client throughout the whole process from setting up the registration and event timings through to advising on the suitability of presenters, messaging and content and how best to meet the expectations of the target audience.
We also take care of all post webinar follow-up work and provide a copy of the final recording to the client for their own use. Our job is to make sure the presenter, client and attendees ALL get the most out of each webinar by ensuring it runs smoothly and meets everyone’s expectations.
Webinar… from conception to audience generation, execution and follow up
We worked with Ingenium to deliver an outboard email campaign to invite senior Procurement and Finance contacts from Local Authorities and Central Government to attend a seminar we held in Central London. It was a huge success with over 40 people attending and many more expressing an interest in meeting with us.

Simon DadswellDirector of MarketingProactis Group
Using Ingenium’s iSurvey application gave us a deep insight into the UK public sector market and Ingenium’s knowledge and understanding of how to create a survey to best effect, helped to leverage in excess of 300 completed questionnaires, a responsive rate of over 10% which is excellent. What made a real difference was the proactive input and the agility of the Ingenium team to subtly alter the approach to ensure the best possible response rates.
