Job Title : Infor EAM Regional Service Manager Location : Central Europe Posting Date : 4th June 2008 SUMMARY: Works as an in the field EAM Regional Service Manager in support of the business development process for the EAM Professional Services Organization (PSO). . Responsibilities include assessing the technology and business needs of prospects via remote discovery processes and then mapping the company’s products and services to meet these needs. Delivers proposals of the findings to customer’s managers while explaining the benefits and ROI to be achieved. RESPONSIBILITIES: Analyzes customers' business requirements and technology objectives; develops pre-scope plans and presentations to meet the customer business needs. Works closely with both the assigned Account Executive, supporting other Infor EAM Regional Services Managers as well as other Pre-Sales personnel to ensure the customer’s needs for information and estimates are carefully met. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's degree in business, engineering or computer science. Background in Asset Management software solutions and delivery of engineering solution based software using a structured methodology. Experience in a customer facing role, ideally involving a level of selling responsibility. SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS: Excellent communication, presentation, organizational and planning skills. Excellent understanding of German and English (communication and writing) required. Excellent interpersonal skills to work as a team member and customer liaison. Proficient PC skills. Professional appearance and presentation required. Excel Word, PowerPoint and various other software applications used as required. General office environment. Considerable stress may occur at times.
