The agricultural statisticians working in the National Agricultural Research System (NARS) are playing important role in agricultural research programmes. They play leading role in the analysis, interpretation and presentation of research data. These statisticians are spread over the length and breadth of the country. Consequently, there is a need for close collaboration and cooperation among the agricultural statisticians.


Agricultural Statistician Network (ASN)

Indian Agricultural Statistics Research Institute, New Delhi, has taken lead in developing a website for the network of agricultural statisticians under NATP project "Institutionalization of Research Priority Setting, Monitoring & Evaluation and Networking of Social Scientists".
