Molds are matrixes which are used for shaping a molten or plastic substance. In molds different type of molding process are used to manufacture the different types of plastic products. Mold of raw material which is melted and formed into continuous profile, various plastic extrusion part are made such as pipe/tubing, weather stripping, fencing, deck railing, window frames, plastic films and sheeting, thermoplastic coatings and wire insulation which are used by different company for their purpose .In Mold decoration is one of the special feature which is used during the process of molding in which decorating the plastic surfaces with color and with an abrasion resistant coat. In this process a carrier foil is placed inside the opened mould. It carries the dried paint layers which are to be transferred to the plastic part, with the paint facing the gate. The paint adheres to the plastic, after filling with plastic and is removed from the carrier when opening the mould.
