2002 -2004 Operational Manager

The industry grew quickly, new products were developed and the company became very successful and I as Operational Manager – Support was part of this dynamic and exciting process.

Main Responsibilities and Achievements

Part of a small group in Antigua managing the operational unit and providing 24/7 turnkey solutions to licensees. B2C.

24/7 customer services, fraud protection and merchant management / online processing and payment solutions.

Direct management experience with online players and with managed licensees.

Building and developing three operational units, recruitment and personnel training.

Backend changes to improve and automate daily online casino tasks developed according to knowledge collected from the operational team.

After bringing the Training department to a fully operational professional unit of experienced trainers, I became responsible for providing consultation services to our licensees on methods for improving their performance and income.

While maintaining the previous position as Latam and Spanish market director, as global sales director I continue working under CEO and VP sales. Responsible for identifying new potential B2B partners worlwide, approach them and follow through the relationship including contract negotiation and implementation.
