Implementation of preliminary conditions for the Transport Plan
• Development of Integrated Transport Strategy (ITS)• ITS is a basis for planning transport projects earmarked for funding from: ERDF
and CF; The Connecting Europe; State budget; other international financing institutions, public-private partnerships, private finance initiatives, etc.
• In developing the ITS will be used: Road Strategy developed by the World Bank Draft Strategy for development of railway transport in Bulgaria
• Create an Unit to support the work of the Consultant - specialists in modeling and modal transport
• NSI will assist MTITC in collecting the necessary information.
