Primary Children's Hospital is seeking a top-notch candidate to work with an outstanding group of professionals. The Food Service Supervisor is responsible for controlling the procurement process of food, supplies and equipment for the Food and Nutrition Services Department. The incumbent will oversee the distribution of food supplies to patient nutrition centers and satellite facilities. They will also provide leadership and create a positive work environment through establishing an effective team, providing ongoing training and resolving conflicts. The incumbent must possess the ability to coordinate department-wide equipment and purchasing. Must be able to work with vendors and fulfill established Intermountain Healthcare contracts. Must have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills to deal with customers and members of the hospital leadership team with tact and efficiency and respond to requests promptly. Must be able to work independently and as part of a team and must also possess highly developed organization and communication skills.

To provide quality patient care efficiently and cost effectively by assisting Physicians and other providers in their specialized areas. The Medical Assistant functions under the supervision of the Physician in the clinical setting and participates appropriately in the patient care delivery process. The Medical Assistant understands and utilizes a collaborative, team-based approach to patient care. A Medical Assistant performs routine clerical and clinical tasks to keep the offices and clinics of Physicians and other providers running smoothly. The duties of a Medical Assistant may vary from office to office, depending on practice location, size, and specialty. In small practices, a Medical Assistant is usually a "generalist," handling most clerical and clinical duties and reporting directly to a Clinic Manager, Physician, or other health practitioner. Those in large practices tend to specialize in a particular area and report to a Physician and or Department Supervisor.  Duties of this position would include:  Scheduling, coding, filing, scanning, charting, vital signs, medication administration and assisting the doctor as needed.  Must know various procedures such as catheterization, EKG, minor surgery, etc.

Psychologist: The Psychologist provides mental health services to adults who are dealing with pain in addition to a range of mental health issues. Services are provided in an outpatient, multi-disciplinary clinic with ancillary work in inpatient settings as indicated. The Psychologist provides psyhotherapy to individuals, groups, couples, and families; develops and maintains treatment plans; provides assessment and testing consistent with training and expertise; and, coordinates care. Therapist(LCSW): The Outpatient Therapist provides mental health services to adults who are dealing with pain and other mental health issues. Services are provided in an outpatient, multi-dsiciplinary clinic with ancillary work in inpatient settings as indicated. The Outpatient Therapist provides psychotherapy to individuals, groups, couples and families; develops and maintains treatment plans, and coordinates care.

The Registered Nurse (RN) Expanded Role I is a professional caregiver who assumes responsibility and accountability for the provision of safe patient care through assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating and coordinating the care of patients. Effectively utilizes technology, therapeutic intervention, and evidence-based practice within a multi-disciplinary environment. The RN Expanded Role I is responsible for special clinical projects/assignments as designated by the manager, according to the needs of the department. This role contributes to assessment of patient appropriateness for Baclofen pump placement, coordinates Baclofen trial, provides pre and post Intrathecal Baclofen pump care and refills Baclofen pumps. This role is a resource to other staff as a knowledge expert to improve patient care, role modeling Intermountain's commitment to "Extraordinary Care" and displaying/demonstrating a personal commitment to the mission, vision and values.

The Level I Music Therapist uses music and music experiences to elicit musical and extra-musical responses from patients to support progress toward treatment goals.  They utilize music therapy techniques to meet patients musically and clinically.  They participate in music therapy assessment, treatment, documentation, and evaluation as part of an overall treatment team. They communicate empathy and establish therapeutic relationships with those they serve, and demonstrate understanding of ethical principles and current AMTA Standards of Practice.  They also adhere to the CBMT Scope of Practice.  Most sessions are 1:1 in-room;  however they may also conduct groups. Primary Children's Medical Center is a 271-bed pediatric teaching hospital.  We are a tertiary care facility and the only Level One pediatric trauma center in the five state intermountain area (WY, ID, UT, MT, NV).  We serve children from birth to adulthood and some adults with pediatric conditions.  Primary Children's Medical Center has been named one of the nation's top ten children's hospitals.
