We have 6 main Garden Room designs that can be personalised to suit you. All priced according to size and base specifications.

However, if you want your Garden Room to be a bit special, we offer a bespoke service that will enable you to customise your own design whichever way you want. Extra windows, roof lights, bi fold doors, the list goes on.

Choose a date when you would like your Garden Room installed and we will take care of the rest. Our fully qualified, timeserved team will build your Garden Room in just a matter of weeks!

WHAT IS A GARDEN ROOM?

Highly insulated timber framed construc-tion means that we pre-fabricate our Garden Rooms offsite. Delivered to your property and erected at your chosen location.

WHAT ARE THEY MADE OF?

Yes! We adopt a 3 stage process when you choose a Garden Room with us. Consultation, Design, Build. It is a fully bespoke product which can be altered throughout with plenty of options to choose from.

CAN I HAVE AN INPUT IN THE DESIGN?

To comply with the Permitted Development Act, a Garden Room must not take up more than 50% of the land around the original house.

WHAT ARE THE SIZE RESTRICTIONS?Yes, you can spread the cost of your project with us using our low rate finance options (see our website for further details).

IS THERE FINANCE AVAILABLE?

Yes, they come with a 10 year manufacturers guarantee.

ARE THEY GUARANTEED?

We work alongside you to make the process as smooth as possible. Once you have paid your deposit, we secure you an installation date and your Garden Room will be fully erected and completed within a matter of weeks. This is much quicker than your traditional building methods, meaning less disruption for you.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO BUILD?

In short, No ……as long as you meet the necessary permitted development guidelines. (Please visit our website for planning information)

DO YOU NEED PLANNING PERMISSION?

A Garden Room is an alternative solution to the growing need for extra space at home or at work. A predesigned timber frame building that’s designed to suit you.

Our garden rooms are very low maintenance as we use the highest specification materials. From external no maintenance cladding to a one-piece EPDM rubber roofing system. This means you’ll have more time to enjoy the garden room rather than maintaining it on a yearly basis.

HOW EASY ARE THEY TO MAINTAIN?Q

Yes, our garden rooms are highly insulated and can be equipped with a compact remote operated electric heater for year-round comfort.

CAN I USE MY GARDEN ROOM ALL YEAR ROUND?

No. We have a variety of base systems available but depending on where your garden room is going to be located, we will determine which base is best suited. The most common bases are a concrete slab or a ground screw. We can happily provide you with a free quotation for any base/groundworks involved in your garden room installation.
