WHY #IACLEA2018The International Association of Campus Law Enforcement Administrators (IACLEA) advances publicsafety for educational institutions by providing educational resources, advocacy, and professionaldevelopment services. IACLEA is the leading voice for the campus public safety community. IACLEAwas created by 11 college and university security directors who met in November of 1958 at ArizonaState University to discuss job challenges and mutual problems and to create a clearinghouse forinformation and issues shared by campus public safety directors across the country. Fast forward sixtyyears, and today IACLEA has more than 3,800 members from 15 different countries. Our membershipis comprised of six regions in the United States, one region in Canada, and an international region.Currently, the majority of our members reside in the United States and Canada.
