Eight projects are covered in Prioritized projects under PMKSY in Andhra Pradesh State. Out of 8 Projects, Maddigedda project is completed. (Details are covered in 4(1)(b)(xi))
COMMAND AREA DEVELOPMENT AND WATER MANAGEMENT (CAD&WM) PROGRAMME:
The CADWM works are proposed for 7 projects under CADWM scheme in PMKSY in Andhra Pradesh State. (Details are covered in 4(1)(b)(xi))

The scheme will emphasize development of catchment area, de-siltation and development of command area development in respect of water bodies.
And Operations & Maintenance works.
Andhra Pradesh Irrigation and Livelihood Improvement Project – Phase-II
(APILIP-II) (JICA funded): Functions and Duties: Project Management Unit
(PMU) in APILIP-II is headed by Secretary, WRD and key representatives from
all the relevant department (Department of Agriculture, Department of
Horticulture, Department of Animal Husbandry, Department of Fisheries, Andhra
Pradesh Food Processing Society and Department of Finance) shall form a part
of the PMU and shall be responsible for overall implementation of Project
activities. All project activities under different components shall be facilitated,
implemented and monitored by the relevant departments at the state, district and
field levels as per minutes of discussions (MOD). The nodal officers shall be
deployed by each department for day-to-day coordination and communication
pertaining to the project.
Andhra Pradesh Integrated Irrigation& Agriculture Transformation Project
(APIIATP): This project is being implemented with World Bank assistance with a
cost of Rs 1600 Crores and its duration is 7 years (2018-19 to 2024-25) with a
share of 70% WB and 30% of Govt. of A.P. Apportionment of amounts/ funds
were made between various departments aiming to improve the overall
development of the stake holders under minor irrigation tanks in 12 districts
(except Guntur) in Andhra Pradesh in the areas of Agriculture, Horticulture and
Fisheries.

General Procedure:
1. It is hereby directed that all files relating to Technical Branch and Superintendent
General Section shall be routed through E.E.
2. All files relating to Establishment, Accounts and Budget section shall be routed through
Executive Engineer & Drawing and Disbursing Officer
3. All papers relating to Statistical Branch shall be routed through Assistant Director (Stat.)
4. The CMP/CMA/RPB/LAQ/Parliament questions shall be looked after by the concerned
sections and monitored by E.E.
5. The tappal shall follow the route of inward-EE-Concerned Special Commissioner to
inward for distribution to sections or concerned under acknowledgement.
6. The Files being maintained by the DyEEs shall carry the file numbers according to the
prescribed procedure and not just the categorization of sections.
7. RIDF file will be handled by the NWMP unit.
