maintenance plan which is data driven. Analysis is conducted

across your entire asset network, reviewing data such as usage,

efficiency, redundancy and failure points.

An action and maintenance plan is put in place to ensure that

across your whole business (Head Office, Satellite offices and

mobile access) all print and document assets are optimised

in terms of cost (repair, consumables, print types) and usage

(removing redundancy and duplication).
