PAYMENTS & DEPOSITS A non-refundable deposit will be due with the signed contract and will be based on the contracted food & beverage minimum. Your Certified Wedding Coordinator will setup a deposit schedule in the contract and final payment will be due no less than 3 business days prior to date of event.

FINAL GUEST COUNT The final guest count is due to the hotel no less than 3 business days prior to the date of your wedding ceremony and/or reception.

SERVICE CHARGE & SALES TAX All menu prices listed in this menu brochure are subject to hotel’s service charge of 24% and applicable taxes, currently 11.6% (subject to change).

MENU TASTING DETAILS Complimentary menu tasting is based on hotel date availability. Tastings are typically conducted Monday through Friday, between 1pm-3pm and limited to 4 guests per wedding. Additional guests are $20.00 per person.
