IfduringthewarrantyperiodthepowerunitfailsduetoadefectinanypartinmaterialorworkmanshipthatexistedatthetimeofthesalebyHyflowControlsInc.,thedefectivepartwillberepairedorreplaced,atthediscretionofHyflowControlsInc.,atnocharge,ifthedefectivepartisreturnedtoHyflowControlsInc.withtransportationprepaid.Authorizationfromyoursalesrepresentativeisrequiredtoinitiatethewarranty.

WARNING: TheabovewarrantyshallterminateifanyalterationsorrepairsaremadetothepowerunitotherthanatHyflowControlsInc.
