Guest AccommodationsA room block may be setup for guestsattending your event at the Hyatt RegencyRochester. Check in time is 3:00pm, andcheck out time is 11:00am. If you would liketo setup a block of rooms, a minimum of tenguestrooms must be guaranteed or theprevailing hotel rate will be offered.

Welcome Packets and Gift BagsThe following prices apply to any gifts givenout to your guests at the front desk ordelivered to their guestrooms.

GuaranteeA final guarantee is due by 11:00am fivebusiness days prior to your event. Oncereceived this number may not be reduced.We will be prepared to serve 3% over theguaranteed number.

Should you wish to hire securityservices, suggestions are available throughyour wedding specialist. Please ensuresomeone from your wedding party securesany gifts left at your wedding.
