Capacity and Deliveries.Production capacity of HD Shanghai is 500000 Sq mtrs per annum.Production capacity of Triangular or special panels is about 600 to 700 Sq mtrs per day.Normal panels with Luxacote finish for order size of 6500 Sq mtr shall take 25 weeks.Normal panels with PVDF finish for order size of 6500 Sq mtrs shall take about 22 weeks.First lot can leave in about 16 weeks.Deliveries does not depend only on production capacity. It is also something to do with Inventory planning of coils and coating.

Supply side ManagementHunter Douglas India shall coordinate for supplies from Hunter Douglas China.Sizes and BOQ shall be given by the dealer after taking approval from the clientShop drawings and details such as fixing etc would be given by the dealer.On providing design details such as climatic conditions, wind load, design load etc by the client, We shall provide the optimal panel spans, lengths etc.Hunter Douglas shall supply panels and accessories depending upon the system selected. Dealer/Client shall supply and install sub structure, Fixing clips, Fasteners, sealants etc. Site Management, stores, movement of material, scaffolding etc is in the dealer scope

Installation and TimeInstallation will be done by Nominated DealerActual site time for installation depends on how many people can go on roof to install and other Facilities and equipment available.
