CANCELLATION A cancellation fee equal to 20% of the invoice value of the order shall be payable by the customer should the customer wishes to cancel (in whole or in part) an order which has been place with us. Orders placed for cable assemblies will be accepted only as irrevocable. VALIDITY Prices quoted are valid for 30 DAYS, however, if the $NZ - $AUD exchange rate drops below 0.74, then a price variation will be applicable. PAYMENT Payment of tax invoices is to be made within 30 days of the date on the Invoices, otherwise interest at the rate of 2 per cent per month, charged on a daily basis will be levied until full payment is made. Pro rata payment shall become due as deliveries are made. OWNERSHIP InTELCOM shall remain the sole owner of all goods and services until payment has been received in full for any order resulting from this quotation. PURPOSE We assume that the BUYER is fully conversant with the equipment offered and its suitability for the intended application. WARRANTY SELLER warrants each of the instruments of its manufacturer to be produced to meet the specifications delivered to the BUYER; and to be free from defects in material and workmanship and will repair or replace for a period of 12 months from the date of delivery of equipment, any parts that are defective from faulty material or workmanship. The BUYER will pay transportation charges to the factory. This warranty does not apply to instruments that, in the opinion of SELLER, have been altered or misused. No other warranty is expressed or implied. LIABILITY SELLER shall not be liable for any consequential, contingent or incidental damage, and will not be responsible for any lost revenue due to defective parts.
