Code of Honor of Agreement

I agree on this date , 20 to live by the Partnering Code of Honor and

apply the above principles in our interactions both personally and professionally throughout the

course of this program. I understand that both my mentor and I are responsible for operating by the

above standards and that at any time either party can “call” the other party on non-compliance with

their agreement. Each party agrees to support the other in returning to compliance with this

agreement.

Keep an open mind: Your mentor will introduce you to new concepts, clear direct communication and will push you to take your business to the next level of performance. Eliminate the “I Know” attitude from your vocabulary and watch the fresh perspective and breakthrough ideas flow.

Finish what you start: Organizational integrity depends on individual integrity. If you as the leader fail to follow-through and reach completion the organization will replicate the behavior.

Stay in exchange: All deliverables and payments will be received/processed in alignment with agreements.

Celebrate all wins: Build momentum and energy in your mentoring program and your team by stopping to recognize the wins both small and large.

Open, honest, direct communication: Be honest in all personal and business transactions. Speak your truth and keep the communication direct and to the point. “call it” and be willing to “be called.”

Take responsibility (No blame/justification/denial): Be the owner and master of your life and business. When processing feedback from your Business Refuel mentor, the market and the universe at large... don’t fight it, accept it, learn from it and make adjustments. You can be right or you can be rich.

Honor all agreements: Honor all of your agreements on time by being early. Clear up any potential or actual broken agreements as quickly as possible. Respond to all requests/contacts within 24 hours.

When in doubt take action: Business is about managed risk. We can correct the direction of a vehicle in motion. It is very hard to correct the direction of a parked vehicle.

Do whatever it takes to win (legally, morally, ethically): Drive a true sense of urgency around results versus complacency and false urgency (panic). Drive against measurements and become primal and unreasonable about demanding results from yourself, your team, your mentor, the market and the universe.

Little Voice Mastery Program

Guidelines and Helpful Hints

The following guidelines will assist you in getting the most leverage and the optimum results from your “Little Voice” sessions. They are based on the observations of our personal mentors and our team of experts that have over 25 years experience serving business owners and champions. Doing your best to apply them will maximize your investment in your Self. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask!

Food: Mental and emotional work requires physical energy so it is optimum to ensure that your body is adequately fed before your sessions. Your body is like a car in that it enables you to get around in the physical universe. Food is fuel to the body - when the body is running properly, session results increase dramatically. Rest: Sleep is another form of fuel for the body. You will maximize the value of your sessions when your body is well-rested, so please get 7 to 8 hours of sleep each night. Get enough sleep so that you feel well-rested, not just the amount that keeps you going. Medical Treatment: If you are currently receiving any dental, medical or bodily treatment or if you feel that you may need treatment, please tell your Mentor. Physical conditions may have to be handled by a physician prior to doing session. Drugs and Alcohol can greatly affect the efficiency of your session, please discuss any medications you are taking with your Mentor. Alcohol can stay in your system for up to 24 hours and should not be present in your system at the time of your session. Counseling or Psychological Treatment: If you are currently under the care of a psychologist, psychiatrist or other mental health practitioner, and/or you are seeing someone on a regular basis for help with mental and/or emotional issues, please inform your Mentor. Completing the work you are doing with one practitioner/support person before starting to work with another is usually optimum and should be considered before proceeding with this program. Exercise: Exercise on a frequent basis. A gentle activity is usually a better choice. Don’t force yourself , do something you really enjoy doing. Exercise not only helps the body, it extroverts one’s attention and is a great support to emotional healing also. Appointments: We understand it may be required to reschedule a session during this process. Please reschedule your session inside the same week so we can keep the duration between your calls short and ensure you receive the most value from your sessions. Canceling a session when it’s not absolutely necessary sends a message to the subconscious mind that you are not committed to the process and can make this process more difficult. If you cannot keep an appointment, please call your Mentor 24 hours in advance of the session to arrange a different time. Sessions canceled inside 24 hours will be forfeited. Support: Avoid people, places, things, and situations which upset you. If you are involved with someone who seems to invalidate you consistently, or if there is someone in your life from whom you feel you must keep your program a secret, please tell your Mentor. Discussing Sessions: Sharing your wins is part of the process and is encouraged. Bear in mind that others can get triggered by something you have already cleared, so keeping your explanations regarding the “Little Voice” Mentoring process relatively simple with others is usually the best approach.

Support: Avoid people, places, things, and situations which upset you. If you are involved with someone who seems to invalidate you consistently, or if there is someone in your life from whom you feel you must keep your program a secret, please tell your Mentor.
