Recommendation: Howler Head works well with Pilsner or Lager style beer (Bud, Coors, Miller, etc.) as opposed to darker IPA, Stout or Porter.

HOWLER HEAD COLLINS 2.02oz Howler Head1oz Lemon Juice.5oz Simple Syrup.5oz Elderflower Liqueur3oz Seltzer WaterCombine Howler Head, lemon juice, simple syrup, and elderflower in a hi-ball glass. Stir. Fill glass with ice then add seltzer water. Quick stir then garnish with a lemon wheel.

HOWLER HEAD JUNGLE COFFEE4oz Black Coffee1.5oz Howler Head1oz Heavy Cream2 tsp Brown Sugar (or Demerara or White Sugar)Pre-heat a 6-ounce, heatproof glass by filling with hot water. Once warm, empty the glass. Add sugar to the glass, then pour over coffee until the glass is 3⁄4 full. Stir thoroughly until the sugar is dissolved. Add Howler Head to the coffee. Float a layer of heavy cream over the top of the coffee by pouring gently over a spoon
