• The secondment plan is the backbone of the RISE project – plan it earlyon and think it through

• Each secondment should be meaningful in scientific terms

• It has to be clear which tasks will be carried out where and when andwhy

• Don’t make too many short secondments – focus instead on longerones (but less often)

• Prepare the staff what an actual secondment implies!
