To log in to your account, simply visit www.MonumentalRewards.com and click “Log In.” Use the same account number and PIN you use to manage your DC 12 Club Membership via your Online Account Manager.

EARNING POINTSYou earn points by simply doing the things that you have already been doing as a DC 12 Club Member! Just by being a member you earn base points, calculated by your ticket spend and tenure (points are added to your account as payments are received). You can also earn bonus points by arriving to games early, linking your Facebook and Twitter accounts and posting about the Wizards and entering promotional codes that are displayed during Wizards road games, heard on the radio and seen in many other locations.

REDEEMING POINTS Redeeming your Monumental Rewards points is quick and easy as well. Simply log in to your Monumental Rewards account and click on the “Catalog” tab at the top of the screen. From there, navigate around the catalog and decide which items or experiences are best for you. Add these items and experiences to your “Cart” and check out just like shopping online. WHAT ARE MY RENEWAL PAYMENT OPTIONS?12-Month Payment Plan: 12 equal installment payments made via credit card, first payment made now, subsequent payments on or about the 15th of each month from April, 2015 through February, 2016.

New for 2015-16: For your added convenience, your DC 12 Club Membership will now automatically renew on our 12-month payment plan until you opt out.

Please note that the total cost of your 2015-16 membership is calculated based on 41 regular season games and 3 pre-season games.

How do I make my first payment online?Log on to www.DC12Club.com/Renew to get started. Use your account number or e-mail address and online PIN to log in, view your invoice, select your payment method and make your first payment. Once we receive your renewal and payment information for your 2015-16 DC 12 Club Membership we will charge your credit card for your first payment.

I am enrolled in the Auto-Renew program. What do I need to do?Auto-Renew program members are automatically signed up with the same seats for the 2015-16 season with the 12-Month Payment Plan and Pay As We Play for the 2015 NBA Playoffs. We will automatically charge your credit card on file for your first monthly payment on March 15, 2015. Your second payment will be charged on April 15, 2015. If you wish to update your credit card information, decline your playoff seats, or discontinue your membership,please contact your Guest Services Specialist directly or Wizards Guest Services at 202.661.5100.

What are the benefits of renewing my DC 12 Club Membership by the March 27 deadline?When you renew by the deadline, you will guarantee your same great seat location for the 2015-16 season and 2015 NBA Playoffs at the best price. You’ll also continue to receive our DC 12 Club Member benefits package and qualify for 2015-16 renewal incentives, including the Pay As We Play playoff payment program, an exclusive 2015 NBA All-Star Game commemorative item, 10,000 bonus Monumental Rewards points and entry into the DC 12 Club Renewal Sweepstakes program.

My 12-month payment plan does not finish until March, 2015. Will I have to make two payments in March, one payment for my 2014-15 membership and also start paying for my 2015-16 membership?Yes. Because the payment plan is a year-round cycle, there will be some overlap in the payment plan process. If you are signed up for the 2014-15 Monthly Payment Plan, your final payment is March 15, 2015. Once we receive your renewal and payment information for your 2015-16 membership, we will charge your credit card for your first monthly payment immediately. The second payment for the 2015-16 season will not be charged until April 15. Our new 12-month payment plan cycle, which runs March through February, will eliminate any overlap in your membership payment plan for future seasons.

Can I use multiple cards for my 12-month payment plan or my 2015 NBA Playoff tickets?No. We need one consistent credit card for payments.

What happens if I miss a payment or my credit card is declined?You will be contacted by the Washington Wizards and asked to provide a valid credit card. Your online account manager privileges will be suspended until the payment is made and your tickets may be blocked. If you are unable to arrange for regular monthly installments, you will be removed from the 12-month payment plan and will need to pay your remaining balance in full to avoid cancellation of your membership.

PAYMENT OPTIONS1. Pay as We Play: This renewal incentive allows you to pay for the 2015 NBA Playoffs at the conclusion of each playoff round. This means no upfront payment for games that might not be played. You are charged only if the Wizards play a home game during that round. To qualify, you must renew your DC 12 Club Membership for the 2015-16 season by March 27, 2015. The Wizards reserve the right to cancel your 2015-16 membership if you default on any Pay As We Play payments.

Pay in Full for Rounds 1 through 4: You may choose to purchase your seats for all four playoff rounds up front (16 possible games). Refer to the seating diagram for pricing information. Any money from unplayed playoff games will be credited to your Wizards account for the 2015-16 season. If you choose not to renew your 2015-16 Membership, you can still purchase your seats for the playoffs using the Pay in Full option for all four rounds.

How do I sign up for Pay As We Play?By renewing, you are eligible to be enrolled in Pay As We Play for the 2015 NBA Playoffs. Be sure to select Pay As We Play on your invoice or online renewal. Please note that if you default on your payments for the 2015 Playoff Pay As We Play program, the Wizards reserve the right to automatically cancel your 2015-16 Membership and remaining playoff tickets.

What forms of payment will be accepted for 2015 Pay As We Play playoff program?The only form of payment accepted for Pay As We Play is a major credit card. We accept all major credit cards (American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover).

Do I have to use the same credit card for both the 12-month payment plan and Pay As We Play?Yes. We will automatically charge the credit card we have on file for the 12-month payment plan on or about the 15th of each month for your DC 12 Club Membership. At the end of each playoff round, the same card will be charged for any home games played during that round.

What if I do not wish to renew, but would like to purchase 2015 NBA Playoff tickets?If you do not renew, you must pay in full up front for all 16 potential home playoff games. You’ll still be eligible to receive the discounted DC 12 Club Member rate.

Can I use my 2014-15 NBATickets.com Marketplace resale credits towards my playoff payments?No. Any resale credit accrued by the resale of 2014-15 regular-season tickets and 2015 NBA Playoffs can only be used towards the 2015-16 regular season. Resale credit for tickets sold prior to January 23, 2015 will be noted on your 2015-16 renewal invoice. Resale credit for tickets sold on or after January 23, 2015 will automatically be applied prior to your July 15 payment for your 2015-16 membership.

How will I receive my 2015 NBA Playoff tickets?2015 NBA Playoff tickets will be loaded onto your online Account Manager prior to the start of the first round. The default method of entry will be your Digital Ticket Card. You will be able to use the same Account Manager functions from the 2014-15 season including transfer, printing within 72 hours of the game, and selling on the NBATickets.com Marketplace.

What if I don’t want to purchase playoff tickets?We hope you will join us for the excitement of Wizards playoff basketball. However, you may choose to only renew your DC 12 Club Membership for the 2015-16 regular season.

Can I buy additional playoff tickets through the Wizards?Additional 2015 Wizards Playoff Tickets will be made available to DC 12 Club Members prior to the general public. More information on pricing and availability will be communicated at a later date.
