CATCH THEM YOUNG! Right from 1 year start training them in all tastes of food. Give them small finger foods like cut fruits and vegetables etc and make them eat on their own. Forget the mess.Let them enjoy eating!
GO FOOD SHOPPING WITH KIDS
When they are 4 years take them for food shopping, teach them good from bad. They will also learn farm to table concept and start loving what they eat.
MAKE EATING A PLEASURE,NOT PRESSURE!
