CHANGE DISPLAY MODE & RESOLUTION Go to the Users folder > Documents. Go to My Games > Tom Clancy’s The Division. Right click GFXSettings.Rogue_x64, choose Open with | Notepad.

Set the Height and Width appropriately. Lower the screen resolution.

Set the screen mode from Full Screen to Windowed Mode. Press Ctrl + S. Exit the file.
