Our ResearchOver the past 3 month’s Syncota has undergone extensive research of the HR Industry with a particular focus on Employee Engagement. We conducting our research by calling hundreds of HR industry members to get their opinions on the multigenerational workforce with regard to engagement.From our research we found that there may be different motivators to both engage and retain the different generations in the workforce.

In order to retain Gen X, flexi time is usually offered

They wish to be more disconnected

Millennials are looking for a quick promotion

By assigning mentors and allowing for quicker promotions gives reason to believe that their is a higher retention strategy among Millennials
