How to attend a

*Urgent information about browsers: Its best to use Internet Explorer onPCs and Safari on Macintoshes. Firefox wont work on PCs.

Click on the Register button

on the website or click on thelink in your email invitation wesent you.

If applicable use thetimetable to choose thedate and time that best

fits your schedule and onceagain click Register.

Log in using your email addressand password. If you dont have

an account yet, its easy to createone. Simply click Join Us and youll

see the next slide.

Complete the registration page.If you dont have a postal or zip

code, please key in 00000then click Next.

Save the event to yourcalendar or click on the link to attend,

Dont worry if you dont register right away well send you a reminder with a link

a day before the event.

Dont forget to runa system check

to make sure yourcomputer is set up

correctly before the event.

The email reminder willalso contain a link forjoining the webinar.

When you click to join thesession, you can Attend in

Browser or Launch on Desktop.Launch on Desktop is a betterchoice if you have a slow internetconnection. Attend in Browser

works best if you have a fast

internet connection.

Once youve clicked on the webinar linkyou received, and registered, you canchoose to add the event to your calendaror if its taking place very soon, click onthe link to attend it.

Run the system check first to ensureyou have the required software to getthe best experience from the onlinepresentation.

The onscreen instructions will guideyou through the process and willallow you to install any updates if

necessary, or provide useful links.

Once your computer has passed thesystem check, enter your emailaddress, then remember me andclick on Attend in Browser.

Please note you may need to updateJava on your computer. The systemcheck will show this. Follow the onscreen instructions to install.

There may be a minute or two wait toget into the session, and your screenmay go blank for a short while whenthe page is loading. You will then bein the session and your name willappear in the attendee list.

The main screen will show if the session

has started. If you are early, thatsgreat! You can take a few minutes tofamiliarise yourself with the interfaceand test your speakers / headphones byclicking on Adjust audio.

shares the mic, just

click on the icon tospeak and release it

when youve finished.

can take up to 15minutes to loaddepending on your

internet speed.

If you see pop up, or asimilar one, click to accept,

then select Download File.

Please be patient whileit loads - it can take up

to 15 minutes.

When upload iscomplete, the

software will updateautomatically. This

stage usually takes 2

10 minutes.

Please note, youll only

have to do this oncewhen you select Launchon Desktop for the firsttime. The next time you

choose this option,

youll get into thesession right away.
