Panels/workshops

Plan in advance

We give you the opportunity to hear from industry experts and your favorite guests & celebrities on the topics you want to hear!

Visit http://indypopcon.com/links to get started!

As soon as a panel ends, the previous attendees will be given the opportunity to leave the area. After-wards, seating will begin in the following order:

Seating procedures

1. ADA Certified Disabled/Special Needs Guests2. VIP Guests3. All other guests

Rooms are not cleared entirely in between panels and guests are welcome to keep their seat when staying for multiple sessions in a row.*

* The Main Stage has a section designated for VIP Badge Holders only. This section will be cleared of non-VIPs between

each panel. If VIP seating remains 5 minutes prior to the session start, general admission attendees will be given the

opportunity to move forward if they wish to do so.

Artist Alley is home to incredibly talented artists with original art and prints available. Most also take commissions, which means you can ask them to illustrate whatever you want and take home a truly unique piece of art - made just for you!

PRO TIP: You can touch! Flip through artist portfolios, look at the comics, engage the artist! Also - ask about commissions!

Merchants know that conventions are the place to find knowledgeable geeks and they bring rare comic books, toys, and exclusive collectibles. Many vendors are buying as well, so if you have a collection you wish to sell, bring it to PopCon.

Rare comics & collectibles

Game developers attend shows because they love seeing fans play their game. So don’t be shy - sit down and play! Give feedback, chat with the developers. Who knows? You could be playing the next smash video game before anyone else!

Conventions are great opportunities for independent artists, game developers, and merchants. Support small businesses, and get some cool swag at the same time!

Meet your favorite celebrities and get autographs or professional photo ops to capture your time at PopCon with your favorite guests!

Our guests will be at their signing tables for most of the convention, so just visit when you find it convenient. Each guest has different fees and products available ranging from $20 to $60.

Most guests give you a photo or poster with your autograph, and they will sign personal items.

PRO TIP: Think a guest will be really busy? Plan to get your autographs on Friday or Sunday, as we anticipate fewer fans will be in attendance on those days.

How to get autographs

Some guests will do photos with fans, captured by our profession-al photographer. You may pur-chase tickets in advance of the show to ensure availability. Visit the photo op booth for time slots and to purchase photo ops!

How to get photo ops

Our goal is to give each and every fan an opportunity to meet their idols, but their time is limited and unex-pected issues may arise. We recommend you make meeting your idols your primary goal upon arrival if that is crucial to your PopCon experience. If possible, visit on Friday - our least busy day.

Is it guaranteed that i will meet them?

Some guests sign for free but have very limited signing windows. Visit our website to find full instructions for meeting these guests.
