Time Limit:

The site is set up so that you have one hour to upload your listing and check out. If you have not completed your listing within the allotted time, you will receive a “Timed Out” error. We cannot extend this time limit for security reasons. Make sure if you have multiple listings you plan enough time to do so. (Average time to create, 10–15 minutes.)

Listing:

The listing will include all of the elements listed below. The site will generate the map to the property for you. Please make sure you have all other elements ready before you start the upload process.

- Photo of Property - Headline - Address & Price - Up to 5 Additional Photos - Description (200 characters) - Extended Description (750 characters) - Realtor Name & Phone Number - Broker Name & Phone Number (if applicable)

• After selecting “Upload/Select Image,” a pop-up screen will appear. Wait for the “Browse” box and button to load, select your image and then hit “Upload.”

• Once the listing has been built and submitted, you CANNOT go back in and edit. For any of the following changes, please contact Strategic America and they can make those for you: - Price change - Sold - Incorrect address - Incorrect phone number

Helpful Hints:

• To upload a listing, it is recommended that you use one of the following Internet browsers: - Internet Explorer 10 - Mozilla Firefox - Chrome • If having difficulty uploading a listing, temporarily disable your pop-up blocker for the ad builder. • Do not click a button again if you have already clicked on that button. Wait until the “Save…Please Wait” message disappears.

Step-By-Step Instructions:

Step 1 – Registration Homepage—Click “Upload Listings Now”

Step 4 – Continue Selecting Template—Click “Next”

Step 3 – Select Template—Click “Select”

Step 2 – Review Registration Information—Click “Ok To Proceed”

Step 5 – Fill out Property Information—Fill out form

Step 6 – Upload Exterior Image of Property—Click “Upload/Select” Image

Step 8 – Resize and Accept File—resize if necessary and Click “Accept File”

Step 7 – Continue with Upload of Exterior Image of Property—Click “Browse”

Step 10 – Review Listing—To make changes, click “Edit Artwork Details” —if correct, click “Continue”

Step 9 – Complete Form—Click “Next”

Step 11 – Fill out Realtor Contact Information—Click “Continue”

Step 12 – Fill out Extended Property Details—Click “Continue”

Step 14 – Add Captions to Extended Images—provide copy and Click “Continue”

Step 13 – Upload Property Extended Images (Up to Five Total)—Select “Browse” to upload file. Once complete, Click “Continue”

Timed Out Page—If you reach this page, your session has timed out. Please choose the tour name from the drop-down box and hit “Continue” to be routed back to the Registration homepage. You are only allotted one hour to upload your listing, so we recommend having all the listing information readily available before beginning the upload process.

Thank You Page—Once you reach this page, you have completed the registration process and your listing has been uploaded. If a valid email address was provided, you will receive a confirmation email confirming your listing was received. You may also add additional listings as needed.
