Arcotel Allegra Zagreb (Croatia): operational quality appraisal (2005).

Terme Čatež (Slovenia): revenue improvement analysis; “La Storia Trattoria” restaurant chain

Zaton Holiday Village (Croatia): process and revenue improvement appraisal, as well as

property development analysis (2005).

S.T.O. (Slovene Tourism Organization): “Strategy for development of wellness products in

Maistra (Croatia): a one year and a half duration project that focused on merging Jadran

Turist d.d. and Anita Vrsar d.d. into one only company (Maistra d.d.), in all operational

Cigierre - Compagnia Generale Ristorazione (Italy): second largest restaurant group in Italy with more than 75 units (6 different concepts). Internal quality management system (Q-HMS) development for the brands being franchised, as well as for the corporate office (2005 – 2006).

Nazca private equity (Spain): valuation of the Lizarrán chain (150 restaurant units), in order for this investment fund to decide on its acquisition (2007).
