Created through the work of the ENT Clinical Working Group
Designed to clarify what options are available and what needs to be referred

Clinical triage, you will still be getting specialist advice from a specialist
Single referral Form
Keen to minimise confusion: There will be a single form for all non-cancer ENT referrals
The present 2 week rule form will continue to be use for ? Cancer referrals
The referral pathways will be there for you to use at your fingertips on the Extranet
We may be able to add more pathways as time goes on
