PATHWAY TO SUCCESS

We believe that before anyone invests any money in deciding which college or university to attend, a career assessment is most critical and therefore should be the first step to take. Our career assessments help you to navigate in the “right career path” based on 75 years of ongoing research and studies. The results serve as a way to help you get on the right track in planning for your career. HIFE CAREER INTERESTS ASSESSMENT Guides you to determine your interests and provides a summary report that matches your results to specific career paths. HIFE SKILLS CONFIDENCE ASSESSMENT Allows you to rate your tasks and activities according to your confidence in performing each particular skill. HIFE WORK VALUES ASSESSMENT Helps determine what you value in the workplace in order to find the right career path. Some of these characteristics may include: income; prestige; sense of accomplishment or type of environment.

Who We Are ...

The Heartland Institute of Financial Education is a national 501(c)(3) non-profit organization whose mission is to promote financial literacy across America. Our mission begins with our HIFE College Planning Program (CPP). It is the goal of the Heartland Institute of Financial Education to help young Americans obtain a college education.

What We Provide ...

The Heartland Institute of Financial Education will assign each student/family a “College Planning Coach” who works directly with the student and parents, assisting them with the college planning, funding and admissions process. Our program helps in 3 specific areas of education/college assistance: 1. We help with assessing a student’s

aptitudes and interests to determine a career path.

2. We work with the planning, selection and

application process for college. 3. We search for grants and scholarships that

are available for the students to apply for

based on their qualification.
