understand any existing and or potential problemsbefore proceeding to implement the proper details
and scope of work. Every step is approved by the engineer. Every precaution necessary is taken to
protect and preserve property value by covering allnecessary landscaping, lighting, furniture and
fixtures in the work area. We will coordinate effortswith onsite management as necessary to ensure
all vehicles are removed from the respective areas prior to start.
We are certified applicators for a wide variety ofcoatings and materials, manufactured by companies
who are recognized as leaders in their field. Our long and successful relationship with these
companies allows us to provide our clients with thefinest products, backed by the manufacturer’s
warranty in addition to our warranties on labor.
When the work is completed we will ask the owner/ representative to do a final walk through
with our team member.

and replacement.

before proceeding, implement the proper
details and scope of work to repair the
damage, and every step is approved

Before commencement on any project,
we consult with the owner/representative

We will then cover all shrubs, fixtures, lights,
furniture, etc in the work area for their
protection. At the proper time we will ask that
all cars be moved from the area being painted.
When the work is completed, we will
ask the owner/representative to do a
walk-thru with us.
