Weight Management

Though my reason for signing up to the programme was to lose weight, I took so much more out of it than just weight loss. The food and nutritional guidance was really helpful, and with encouragement and support I tried lots of activities that I wouldn’t otherwise have given a second thought. The balance and structure of my diet has changed, I am stronger and much more physically fit.– Julia Easton, Faculty of Natural Sciences
