Who are we?Health Project Services is a unique business that consults in two major areas – property and infrastructure development, and clinical business operations. We provide clients with support at any stage in a property development or business cycle, anywhere in Australia.

Our professional expertise covers research, clinical business consultancy, property consulting – which includes client-side development, project management, and town planning – and capital transactions.

Our Business UnitsResearch – we deliver reports that provide you with a thorough knowledge of your proposed business site. These reports include for example an analysis of the areas’ demographics, potential competitors, clinical supply and demand data, and can also provide information on state and regional governments strategic plans that reflect growth corridors.

Clinical business consulting – we can help your business adopt internal practises which bring transparency, consistency and accountability. Property consulting has three expert areas -Development management – we assess the risk potential of your property development process. Time, cost and quality are the key risk areas investigated.
