Presidents Corner Greetings to all! I can’t believe I’m already saying this, on behalf of all of the officers and myself I would like to wish all of our members and their families a very Merry Christmas. The year has flown by and De-cember will be one of many celebrations, family get together’s and most importantly the birth of our baby Jesus.

As we move forward last month I talked about our Nation’s election and how important it was to vote. Well America has spoken and we have our new President-elect Donald Trump. No matter how you voted as Americans we need to all work together to make our country great again. I also mentioned that our club would be nominat-ing officers to serve for the years 2017 & 2018. Proudly I would like to say I was nominated without opposition and will be returning along with Ron Neroni as Vice-President, Peggy Mask as Treasurer, Jean Hruska as Recording Secretary and Steve Domjan as Sergeant of Arms. Returning as Trustees will be Sal Culovic, Bill Hruska, Tim Buday and John Pflueger. Joining the ranks as a Trustee is Kevin Smith. Please wel-come all the returning officers for their continued support to the club.

We still have one officer position open and that is the Corresponding Secretary position. This office is very important since it not only needs to work in concert with Recording Secretary to maintain the records of the membership but it is also responsible for the production of this monthly newsletter. Any interest or questions please ask.

With that my Thank You(s) this month go to two out going officers Dale Sibits and Frank Homa Jr. Dale served as Corresponding Secretary and invested many hours keeping club membership and club news up to date. Thank You Dale for all your hard work and support. And finally to Frank Jr. who has been working behind the scenes taking care of any of our maintenance issues. Thank You Jr. Also remember all of our offi-cers are volunteering their time to make this club successful. Please be considerate and do your part to make the club continue to greatness.

Don’t forget December Chicken Paprikas Birthday Dinner and Stuffed Cabbage and Baked Chicken at the January Birthday Dinner. January 27th the return of the Rat Pack Big Buck Raffle and spaghetti dinner.

And finally to all I wish a great holiday season. I hope to see you at a club function.

Always the hardest part of this

too much sad news to report.

To the family of member Betty Robertson we send

our heartfelt condolences on her passing. Betty was a

2016/2017 Membership Renewal

Beginning October 1st you may begin to renew your annual membership.

Renewal forms are available at the Club in Club Room, attached to this newsletter

or online at our web site www.hbtclub.org. Simply fill out the

form and bring it to the Club or mail it to the Club with your payment. Members

under the age of 62 are $25 a year. Members 62 and older are $20 a year

and as always lifetime members are $1 a year.

Please take notice that with our new key card system you must protect your cur-rent permanent white plastic key card . A new membership card will be sent after renewal. If the permanent white plastic card is lost a new card will have to be issued resulting in a loss of your current number and a new number will be issued

duties of running the nominations meeting for

Although the current football season and our

beloved Browns have been less then great, the

same can not be said for the foods that have

been served up by volunteer members during

Sunday Browns. Some great creative dishes this

year. Thanks to all who went over and above!
