PROPOSED BY LAW CHANGE A motion was made at the January monthly meeting and a sec-ond reading at the February monthly meeting to add an addi-tional officer to the board of The HBT Club. Proposed office would be the Membership Director whose duties would in-clude membership records, the maintenance of a accurate mail-ing list, and the control over the key cards and the entry system. The new position would coordinate with the Corresponding Secretary the needed files to ensure all records were in sync. The motion passed unanimously and will be read again at the next two meetings before a vote will be taken at the March Monthly meeting. If motion passes the position will be added to this years slate of offices for the 2019-2020 term.

Its that time again, time to tee it up in The Annual Paprikas Open. Sign ups begin Sunday April 8th for the June 16th event. Don’t get shut out of this popular event! Still only $80.00 with golf, prizes food and beverage! HOLES SPONSOR NEEDED

SUPERBOWL PARTY FEEDBACK

First off lets start with a hardy congrats to both teams The Eagles and The Patriots for a great and entertaining game. Great Job!

When the thought of a steak bake Super Bowl party was first brought up a year ago there were many doubting “THOMAS’s” that $60 was too much for a party. Well there are no doubts now especially from the 60+ guests who attended the event. Great food, prizes and Game. Thanks to Randy and Steve Shamblin for pushing the idea and help bringing it to fruition. Special thanks to all who worked the event all officers who attended and worked and last and not least to our resident meat master Timmy Ross for cutting some fantastic steaks! I bet there won’t be many doubters next year?

Spring is the air, flowers will

soon bloom and the smell of hot

dogs will fill the air! Yes it is

almost time for baseball. The

Tribe sadly opens the season

with a 10:00pm game in Seattle

but returns home April 6th for

the home opener against the

KC Royals. There are always

good seats in the

Clubroom and cold

beverages to watch

the games! Go Tribe.
