Havelock   Island   now   called   SWARAJDWEEP   is   part   of   Ritchie’s   Archipelago,   in   India’s   Andaman  Islands.  It’s  known  for  its  dive  sites  and  beaches,  like  Elephant  Beach,  with  its  coral  reefs.  Crescent-­‐shaped   Radhanagar   Beach   is   a   popular   spot   for  watching   the   sunset.   On   the   island’s   east   side,  rocky   secGons  mark   long,   tree-­‐lined   Vijaynagar   Beach.   The   island's   forested   interior   is   home   to  birdlife  such  as  white-­‐headed  mynas  and  woodpeckers.  

Neil   Island  now  called  SHAHEEDDWEEP   is  one  of   India’s  Andaman   Islands,   in  the  Bay  of  Bengal.  Bharatpur   Beach   has   coral   reefs   teeming   with   tropical   fish.   Laxmanpur   Beach   is   known   for   its  sunset  views.  Howrah  Bridge   is  a  natural   rock   formaGon  accessible  at   low  Gde.  Near   the   island’s  wharf  is  Neil  Kendra  village,  with  a  curving,  sandy  bay  doQed  with  boats.

Johnny's  Gorge   is   a  bed  of   low-­‐lying   rocky  outcrops  emerging   from   the  boQom  at  30m.   Surrounded  by   sand   in   every  direcGon,  these   rocks   have   become   an   oasis   of   security,   and   food,   for   everything   from   small   angelfish   and   anemone   fish   to   spectacular  schools  of  mackerel,  barracuda,  trevally,  surgeonfish  and  snapper.  And  if  this  isn't  enough,  this  world  class  dive  site  is  also  home  to  reef  sharks,  giant  grouper,  large  sGngrays  and  visiGng  manta  and  eagle  rays.  There  is  very  rarely  a  quite  moment  on  Johnny's  Gorge.  Dolphins  are  oWen  spoQed  on  the  surface.  

DIXONS   PINNACLE  Giant   rock   pinnacles   emerge   from   the   shadowy   boQom,   covered   in   colorful   coral   and   large   barrel   sponges.  Barracuda  hover   in  mid-­‐water,  someGmes   joined  by  baXish  and  trevally.  SGngrays  and  Napoleon  wrasse  cruise  along  the  boQom  amidst  schools  of  snapper.  The  top  of  the  pinnacles  is  a  cleaning  staGon  buzzing  with  constant  acGvity.  Turtles,  moray  eels,  manta  rays  and  white-­‐Gp  reef  sharks  visit  the  site  to  avail  of  the  cleaning  service.  

JACKSONS  BAR  A   large   strip   of   rock   protruding   from   the  boQom  at  30m.  The  locaGon  of  this  site,  and  the  invariably  strong  currents  that  flow  over  it,  have  aQracted  most  of  the  large  pelagic  species  that  the  

BROKEN  LEDGE  Discovered  in  2010,  Broken  Ledge  of  low-­‐lying  rocky  outcrops  emerging  from  the  boQom  at  24m.  Surrounded  by  sand,  you  can   swimming   through   its   small   canyons   and   try   to   find   the   giant  moray   eels   residing   inside   its  mysterious   overhangs.   Incredible   reef  fish  density   including   lionfish,  Napoleon  wrasses,  marbled  groupers,  shoal  of  snappers  thousands  of  schooling  long  fin  banner  fish,.  Bigger  visitors   such   as   white   Gp   reef   sharks,   manta   or   marbled   rays,   dog  toothed  and  yellow  fin  tunas  are  spoQed  oWen  there  

area  has  to  offer.  Tuna  and  barracuda  cruise  by  in  mid-­‐water  while  large  groupers  take  refuge  along  the  boQom.  SGngrays,  eagle  rays  and  sharks  someGmes  stop  by  to  be  cleaned  by  the  smaller  residents  on  the  site  

JACOBS  TABLE  Named  for  the  enormous  table  coral  that  vie  for  space  on   this   site,   Jacob's  Table  has   the   largest   collecGon  of   table   coral   in  the  area,  making   it  a  unique  and  beauGful  dive  site.  Aside   from  the  fusiliers  and  surgeonfish  that  fill  the  water  column,  glassfish  hover  in  clouds  along  the  boQom  and  turtles  occasionally  swim  up  for  a  closer  look  at  the  divers.  

Some   other   dive   sites   amongst   many   include,     PILOT   REEF,  MINERSVA’S  LEDGE,  WHITE  HOUSE  ROCK,  AQYARIUM  ,    PILOT  REEF,  INKET  WRECK,  WHITEHOUSE  ROCK,  NURSERY,  ANEMONE  REEF  ETC.    

JUNCTION  Located   in   the  middle  of  Havelock  and  Neil   this  site   can   have   strong   current   some   Gmes.   Very   beauGful  deep   site  with  yellow  and  blue   soW  coral   growing  on  huge  rocky  outcrops.  Feather  stars  resGng  on  a  big  pink  gorgonian  fan.  HunGng  grounds   for   trevally's  and  tunas.  Big  school  of  fusiliers.   Huge   groupers,   napoleon   wrasses,   sweetlips.  Occasionally   visited   by   white   Gp   sharks   and   marbled  sGngrays  GRENVILLE   BeauGful   topography   with   small   kingdoms   of  gentle   hills   topped   by   rocky   castles   bustling  with   reef   life.  The   white   sand   valleys   in   between   give   an   impression   of  snow   glaciers   in   between   mountains.   Lots   of   interesGng  invertebrates   and   soW   coral   species.   Schooling   surgeonfish  and   big   rays   resGng   on   the   sand   snow   valleys.   A   curious  great  barracuda  comes  to  inspect  divers  on  the  safety  stop.  EDEN  Our  deepest  site.  Its  literally  like  the  garden  of  Eden  with  hundreds  of  huge  colorful  gorgonian  fans  everywhere.  In  spite  of  being  a  short  dive,  this  site  makes  a  profound  impression  with  it's  unparalleled  beauty.  

NAPOLEAN   CITY  A   driW   dive,   napoleon   city   is   a   very   big   reef   which   comprises   of   rock  ledges,  plateaus  and  coral  bommie’s.  Chance  to  see  big  rays  and  other  big  fish  along  with  the  usual   reef   residents   living   around   the   coral   bommie’s.   Suspected   shipwreck   on   this  site  as  parts  of  a  marine  vessel  has  also  been  discovered.  

90’s   ROCK   Deep   coral  bommie’s   on   sand.   Long  sea   whips,   schooling   fish.  Predatory  fish  hunGng.  

Some   other   dive   sites  amongst   many   include;  BANNER   BLAST,   BUSY  BURRO’S,   ROCKIES,  BANNER   BLAST,   BABU’s  DEN  and  of  course  special  areas   where   we   can  snorkel  and  hope  to  see  a  dugong

Stay  will  be  on  twin  sharing  basis.  Havelock  will  be  in  comfortable  fan  cooled  cabana’s  and  at  Neil  Island    we  have  comfortable  air  condiGoned  rooms.  Port  Blair  will  be  in  twin  share  A  condiGoned  Rooms  for  one  night.

18th  to  20th    May  –  2  dives  daily  with  an  opGon  for  a  night  dive  at  addiGonal  cost  

21st    May  Transfer  to  Neil  Island  by  morning  Ferry  –  2  dives    

22-­‐23rd    May  2020–  2  dives  daily  

 24th  May  2020  Ferry  to  Port  Blair  –  O.Night  at  port  blair

SUGGESTED  ITINERARY  •  Our  Ferry  is  around  1  30  pm  on  the  12th    so  one  should  arrive  not  later  than  12  noon  on                        12th  April    2020  or  a  night  earlier  •  Go  Air  has  flights  from  Mumbai  that  arrive  at  10.00  hours  and  that  is  the  best  opGon  •  Return  can  be  at  any  convenient  Gme  as  the  night  before  will  be  in  Port  Blair  •  For  those  arriving  from  BLR  there  is  an  opGon  via  Chennai  on  Go  Air  that  arrives  at  1040  am.                      The  other  opGon  is  to  take  a  direct  flight  a  night  earlier  11th  April  and  stay  in  Port  Blair  over  night  •  PLEASE  give  us  a  shout  for  air  bookings/hotel  bookings  etc.  and  our  team  will  do  the  needful
