2008-Present Private Tutoring Lessons, Elementary and Lower Secondary Students Provide individual and small group tutoring to students in subject areas math, English and piano. Assist students in improving academic achievement by meeting with them on a regular basis to clarify learning problems and to work on study skills.

May- July, 2010 AGEG Tutoring Center, Bangkok Teaching math and English to year six students at New International School of Thailand. Included both group and individual sessions.

2004 - 2008 Amnesty International Selected to conduct research, debate and build awareness on human right issues and create letters to prevent abuses of human rights.

2006 - PresentTrinity Guildhall Piano Examination and Performance Enrolled in many examinations that assess performance and technical skills from beginner to accomplished performer. Currently achieved a grade seven status with merit awards and a distinction.

GURLEEN KHANIJOUN.BEGINNERS LESSON.

Beginners lesson motivate children to speak and practice English through practical tasks and activities. Interactive lessons will help children understand and use new grammar, vocabulary and skills.

Children will get a solid foundation in English by:

• Gaining confidence by doing real-life tasks • Understanding and practicing English grammar • Learning, remembering and using everyday vocabulary • A focus is given to developing their speaking skills• Organizing and connecting their ideas logically •Developing interaction skills by working with other classmates

Through regular tasks and language tests in class students will be able to measure their progress over the course.

GURLEEN KHANIJOUN.ADVANCED LESSON.

Advanced lessons encourage students to develop maximum confidence when speaking and writing. Their progress is determined through continuous assessments and/or written and oral examinations.

Students will develop a strong understanding in English by:

• Learning to extract information from and understand a variety of text including letters, works of fiction, newspaper articles, advertisements and brochures • Writing articles, reports and description, discursive and narrative compositions • Speaking confidently by making contributions to discussions on a variety of topics• Review and practice all aspects of previously-learned grammar
