LA PROGRAMMAZIONE DELLE FORME DA REALIZZARE PUÒ ESSERE FATTA DIRETTAMENTE SUL PC A BORDO MACCHINA OPPURE DA UN PC DALL'UFFICIO, CON LA POSSIBILITÀ DI SIMULARE LA LAVORAZIONE, E QUINDI TRASFERIRLA SULLA MACCHINA.
THE PROGRAM OF THE SHAPES TO BE DONE CAN BE DIRECTLY DONE ON PC, ON MACHINE’S BOARD OR BY A PC FROM THE OFFICE, WITH THE POSSIBILITY TO SIMULATE THE PROCESSING AND THEN, TRANSFERRED ON THE MACHINE.
Durante la fase di lavoro è visibile graficamente la forma del pezzo ed il suo stato di avanzamento. In caso di interruzione del ciclo di lavoro, causato da qualunque motivo, la macchina è in grado di ripartire dal punto in cui è stata interrotta senza la necessità di fare un reset degli assi perché ogni asse è dotato di trasduttore di posizione di tipo "assoluto".
Il software in dotazione, residente sulla macchina o in un Pc esterno, permette la programmazione della modalità con cui deve essere eseguito il pezzo: si possono impostare sia il percorso di taglio che le eventuali pause per il recupero cavallo, le fermate per assicurare il pezzo, i percorsi a ritroso per uscire dal pezzo in maniera automatica e poi riprendere l'esecuzione da un altro punto.Ogni pezzo, può essere realizzato in svariati modi e quindi l'operatore è libero di eseguire il profilo, in base alla sua esperienza e alle sue esigenze, in modo semplice ed intuitivo.

During the working phase, the shape of the piece and its progress can be graphically seen. La struttura della macchina è realizzata in carpenteria metallica in acciaio elettro-saldato, progettata per garantirne la massima rigidità e precisione durante tutte le fasi di lavoro.
I due volani, uno motore e l'altro tensionatore sono realizzati in una speciale lega di alluminio, hanno un diametro di 1500 mm per preservare la durata del filo diamantato.
The body of the machine is made in electro-welded structure and has been designed to grant the max rigidity and precision during all working phases.
The two large flywheels, one driving and one idle devoted to the tensioning of the diamond wire are made in special aluminium-alloy having a diameter of 1500mm. to grant the maximum life of the diamond wire.
STRUTTURA MACCHINA
Il tensionamento del filo diamantato si ottiene facendo scorrere il volano tenditore su ruote prismatiche e guide rettificate tramite un cilindro pneumatico regolato idraulicamente.
Durante il taglio la tensione del filo viene controllata tramite le posizioni del cilindro tensionatore, rilevata da un trasduttore lineare.
The tensioning of the diamond wire is ensured by a pneumatic cylinder, hydraulically adjusted, that control the displacements of the idle-flywheel, moving in a system of prismatic wheels on rectified guides.
During the cut, the tensioning of the diamond wire is controlled and kept constant by a linear transducer that control the position of the tensioning-piston.

La programmazione delle forme da realizzare può essere fatta direttamente sul pc a bordo macchina oppure da un Pc dall'ufficio, con la possibilità di simulare la lavorazione, e quindi trasferirla sulla macchina.
L'interfaccia TOUCH SCREEN dedicata è semplice ed intuitiva, quindi estremamente facile da utilizzare da parte dell'operatore.
